Fish belong to the person who caught them unless it's a tournament. But remember, any fish that do not comply with NYS or federal regulations must not be harmed and must immediately be put back in the water.

Tournament winnings will be portioned out based on the number of tournament participants onboard. This includes the captain and mate. For example, if there are six people in the charter and the captain and mate, 1/8 of the prize money will be distributed to each individual.
